Welcome to The Dunton Garden!
Our beautiful organic community garden is hidden away in the centre of Dunton. It is a now in the second of being run entirely by volunteers and is thriving. We're open all day, every day. Come on in! Or give us a call to arrange to visit when there is someone there to welcome you and show you round.
There are plenty of fruit and vegetables growing, space for children to run around, a family picnic area, willow domes for hiding in, a wildlife patch, fruit trees and so much more. You can relax, play games or get your hands dirty while learning new skills.
Thanks to the enthusiasm of our local volunteers, The Dunton Garden is often buzzing with activity and just waiting to be discovered and enjoyed. We have regular events.
There is a coffee morning and plant sale from 10.30am until 12.30 pm on Friday May 19 and Saturday May 20. There will be tea, coffee and delicious homemade cakes. Items on sale will include flowers, herbs, vegetable and salad plants and jam and chutney. There will be activities for children including the launch of pumpkin and sunflower growing competitions.
